Buffalo Videography recently had the chance to work with Everything NT, the North Tonawanda High School Wall of Fame Project, and television journalist and news anchor for WGRZ in Buffalo, New York, Maryalice Demler on a new promotional video for the school's newest wall of fame improvement project. Maryalice is both a graduate and North Tonawanda High School Visual & Performing Arts Wall of Fame Member (2003). Over the last year, we have worked with the North Tonawanda High Wall of Fame Project Committee led by John Baran and Everything NT, along John Gatas to produce a series of videos to promote and inform the public of the project and raise attention to the website for donations.
We interviewed over a dozen North Tonawanda high school graduates that have gone on to become leaders in the community and in their respective fields. It was a pleasure to be able to interview and work with so many different folks, many of which had never done a video interview before, and be able to capture and share their experiences through our video production project. The videos have been a smashing success!
It was a treat to work with some seasoned broadcast media professionals and get a few great tips on interviewing subjects, lighting for video interviews, and audio engineering. This biz is always changing and we are ALWAYS learning something new to help us improve on our video productions.
Special guest Maryalice Demler (NTHS Graduate, Miss New York State, WGRZ Channel 2, Buffalo, NY), joining Everything NT and The North Tonawanda Wall of Fame Project team, to reveal the new Lumberjack wall at North Tonawanda high school. The project has dedicated the wall to the students that have had to sacrifice so much during the pandemic over the last year. Everything NT led by John Gatas and The North Tonawanda Wall of Fame Project and John Baran, are focused on modernizing and automating the NTHS Walls of Fame for not just Athletics, but Fine Arts as well.
